Our History
Since its inception with the transformative Jagriti Yatra, which has inspired over 8,000 young minds toward entrepreneurship over 16 years, JECP has grown into a powerhouse of innovation and empowerment. The journey began with the Jagriti Yatra and expanded through initiatives like the Internet Saathi Program, training 1.7 million rural women in digital skills. JECP received its first funding to construct and operationalize its incubation process, which took flight with the hiring of the first cohort of Udyam Corps. These dedicated individuals have incubated over 100 enterprises. The dream continues to grow big, and there has been no looking back ever since.

Internet Saathi Program Launch

JECP Incubation Takes Flight
- The first cohort of 6 Udyam Corps was hired, incubating 100+ enterprises in 3 years using the 7M process.
- JECP Incubation Block became operational.
- Digital CoE, Women CoE, Bioregional CoE, and Handicraft CoE operations kick-started.
- Cohort-based incubation was implemented.
- Network Office Manual was developed.
- JADE strategy document was activated.
- Digital Yatra was created, continuing in its digital avatar during two COVID years.
